I hereby authorize The PRC Group the right to process this application for the purpose of leasing an apartment. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the processing of this application includes but is not limited to verifying the accuracy of information contained herein, procuring consumer reports from consumer reporting agencies and obtaining credit information from other credit reporting companies.

It is understood applicant will pay a deposit of $75.00, of which $25.00 will be considered as application fee and $50.00 will be applied towards first month's rent. If application is not accepted by The PRC Group, applicant will be rebated $50.00. If applicant cancels, the deposit is forfeited.
